Richard Elikem.

a builder.

Software Engineering student and founder building for African markets with global scaling potential. I care about shipping fast, solving actual problems, and getting from idea to working product without losing momentum along the way. What I've realized building solo is that I'm drawn less to the code itself and more to the process behind it, scoping the right thing, sequencing the work, keeping a build on track from first idea to launch. Founder instincts, project-manager brain.

About

Hi! My name is Elikem, I'm a final-year Software Engineering student and founder building real products for African markets with global scaling potential.

I'm a strong problem solver and self-directed builder. Over the past few years, I've founded EliTech CreaTives Limited, working with collaborators like Bright and Andy across a portfolio of ventures, actively shipping products and engaging with Ghana's tech ecosystem to drive real outcomes. I've also led Klavora, a pharmacy inventory management SaaS, from concept to live paying pharmacy customers, handling everything from backend reliability to direct outreach. I'm passionate about leveraging technology to build impactful, self-sustaining businesses.

I thrive in dynamic, high-ownership environments where I can apply my skills to solve real problems and drive meaningful outcomes.

Leadership & Venture

Founder @Klavora

Building a pharmacy inventory management SaaS for Ghanaian pharmacies, handling offline-first batch and expiry tracking, point-of-sale, and WhatsApp-based low-stock alerts. Took the product from zero to live paying pharmacy customers through direct outreach. Currently focused on backend reliability, billing infrastructure, and expanding the client base across Ghana.

Klavora

Little Brag...

I built a pharmacy SaaS from zero to paying pharmacies

The Challenge

Ghanaian pharmacies were managing inventory, expiry tracking, and point-of-sale on paper or spreadsheets. No visibility into stock levels, no low-stock or expiry alerts, and no reliable way to catch expired drugs before they reached a customer. Also very easy to lose an entire afternoon to a spreadsheet named "final_final_v2."

The Solution

I built Klavora, an offline-capable pharmacy inventory management SaaS. The real challenge was making offline and online mode actually cooperate. Internet in a lot of these pharmacies is more of a suggestion than a guarantee, so I built a PWA with IndexedDB sync that lets a pharmacy keep selling with zero connection, then quietly reconciles everything the moment the internet remembers it exists. No lost sales, no duplicates, no drama. On top of that, I built FEFO batch tracking, a controlled substances register, multi-drug basket POS, bulk CSV import, and WhatsApp-based low-stock/expiry alerts via Termii. I also handled Paystack webhook integration, subscription and grace-period billing logic, and load testing with k6, and I'm now doing direct cold outreach to Ghanaian pharmacies to turn the product into actual paying customers.
